What you see and think of your business is probably not at all the same as your average guest experience. Simply because of the fact that staff shows a different side to the management to that which they show to the guests. 

We provide professional Mystery Guest programs, specialized for campsites and holiday parks. We have analyzed the total customer experience and divided it into 10 parts, in which a total of 75 different topics can be evaluated.

All our Mystery Guest programs are completely anonymous towards the staff and can be customized with additional areas of concern to be addressed during the Mystery Guest assessment. With our premium programs all 75 topics will be evaluated during the Mystery Guest assessment.

Of each Mystery Guest assessment, a final report will be created based on the scores of the assessment and the feedback from the mystery guest. Together with the client we evaluate the report and discuss the points of improvement. 

Mystery Guest programs

We have analyzed the total customer experience during a holiday on a campsite or holiday park and divided it into 4 phases and 10 parts, with in total 75 topics which can be evaluated.

Preparation

Prior to the arrival we have the 3 parts of collecting information, making a reservation and fulfilling the payment.

First impression

The first impression are 3 important parts of the guest experience, the arrival, the check-in and the accommodation.

Experience

The experiences on location we have divided into 3 parts related to the reception, the restaurant and all other facilities.

Departure

The last part of the total guest experience are the check -out and the departure.

Mystery Guest program - Basic

A basic Mystery Guest program covers 2 important phases of the total guest experience, the first impression on arrival and the departure.

The first impression are the 3 parts related to the arrival, the check-in and the accommodation.

The departure is the last part of the total guest experience related to the check-out and the departure.

In total 25 topics will be evaluated within a basic program.

Mystery Guest program - Standard

A standard Mystery Guest programs covers the 2 important phases of the basic programs plus either the phase preparation or experience.

The preparation are the 3 parts prior tot the arrival related to collecting information, making a reservation and fulfilling the payment. 

The experience are the 3 parts related to the reception, the restaurant and all other facilities. 

Both the phase preparation and experience have in total 25 topics which will be evaluated during the Mystery Guest assessment. 

In total 50 topics will be evaluated within a standard program. 

Mystery Guest program - Premium

The premium programs cover all 10 parts of the total guest experience.

From the preparations prior to the arrival, till the check-out. All parts of the total guest experience with all 75 topics will be checked by a hospitality professional during the Mystery Guest assessment.
